About Us

Wynx Limited was established by Maria McKerchar, a highly experienced business professional with more than 25 years’ experience in business in New Zealand and overseas.

Maria has held positions responsible for:

  • Moving business functions from one city to another

  • Restructuring teams to better serve business and customer requirements

  • Centralising the accounts receivable functions for the largest not for profit aged care provider in Australia and building a new team, processes and systems to manage this

  • Managing a team of 23 through creation, centralisation and streamlining of processes while seamlessly continuing to provide transactional services to 13,500 customers

  • Managing revenue up to $750 million per annum

 

Throughout her career, Maria has been managing and assisting teams through system, process and structural changes. She has designed and successfully implemented changes into businesses of varying sizes and maturity, including while she has been managing the teams directly impacted by those changes.

Maria has been an integral part of significant projects and other activities resulting in improvements in how businesses operate. From hands on business and process analysis, change management and management coaching, all the way through to strategic planning and execution of projects, her focus has consistently been on helping businesses grow and improve.
